Q: Moment Diamond Shop Warranty (Our Warranty)

Warranty Period: Moment Diamond's product quality warranty is for two (2) years from the date of purchase.
The above warranty covers only the product itself, excluding packaging.
Proof of Product Purchase: Please present proof of purchase from Moment Diamond (e.g. receipt or this product warranty card).
To exercise product warranty rights
Coverage: The warranty covers only defects resulting from the manufacturing process. It does not include wear and/or tear.
Damage from normal use
Exception: The warranty will be void immediately if the product has been modified by a person not authorized by Moment Diamond.
Cleaning Service: Moment Diamond provides cleaning services for all types of diamond jewelry throughout the life of the product, free of charge (excluding shipping or other costs for bringing the product in for service).
Polishing and Plating Services: Moment Diamond offers one (1) free polishing and one (1) free ring resizing service on our diamond jewelry products (excluding shipping or other costs associated with bringing the product in for service).
Duration of Warranty: The quality warranty for Moment Diamond products is valid for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. The warranty is restricted to the product and explicitly excludes packaging.
Proof of Purchase: In order to benefit from the warranty, it is essential to present a valid proof of purchase from Moment Diamond (ie, receipt of payment or this Warranty Card).
Coverage: The warranty covers defects attributable to the manufacturing process, with an exception for damages resulting from regular usage or normal wear and tear.
Exclusions: The warranty is not applicable to products that have undergone unauthorized modifications by third-party other than Moment Diamond.
Cleaning Service: Moment Diamond provides lifetime complimentary cleaning services for diamond jewelry products
(Shipping and/or other logistic costs are not included).
Polishing Service: Moment Diamond provides a one-time complimentary polishing service for diamond jewelry products, a one-time complimentary resizing service for ring products (Shipping and/or logistic costs are not included).
