I got a custom engagement ring made, the ring turned out better than I could have asked for, the communication was fantastic and made the process easy. Overall a great experience and Moment went the extra mile to meet up with me at DMK early in the morning to drop me off the ring. I was skeptical at first but during the process of building the ring. Nui from Moment Diamond was quick to respond me the status of the ring progress and pay options. She also brought a magnifying device to show me the IGI certification number and discuss me the details of the ring day of drop off. Ring has met my expectations and more!

Good people to work with. Very honest and upfront. Communicated every step in the customization of a ring. I highly recommend them and will continue to do business with them.

1. The quality of the workmanship is as good as that of the Siam Paragon department store in Bangkok.
2. It doesn't mean that the price is expensive. The price is great, and they show you the design in CAD first, and then they show you the workmanship according to the design.
3. They are really kind, and when I tried it on, they resized the ring, and they delivered it to my hotel on the last day of my trip.
4. They show you how to match the Diana jewelry certificate and the engraved numbers. 5. You can visit the store in 30 minutes from downtown Bangkok. The taxi driver might get lost at the entrance of the business complex. 6. The process is to contact them by line, choose the design you want, the size of the raw stone, etc., make a deposit, send the design in CAD, confirm it, and they will produce it and pick it up according to your Bangkok travel schedule.
7. It's cheaper than Jongro.
8. It was a new pleasure!
9. They are really, really kind.

I will order again next time I go to Bangkok!

I was overseas looking for a good place to buy a lab-grown diamond ring. Even though I was abroad, Nui and Chap made the process super easy and guided me every step of the way. They listened to my requirements, advised me on what was possible and what wasn't, and suggested alternatives to achieve the look I wanted. They were incredibly accommodating and delivered exactly the ring I had in mind.

My biggest concern was the authenticity of the ring. When I came to pick it up, they walked me through all the paperwork and showed me the serial number using a machine, which gave me great peace of mind.
